Thank you for shopping at Beschan. Our dedication to customer service is our long-term goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to solve the problem for you.
Compared with the unfriendly ''STORE CREDIT" RETURN POLICY of many other online stores and boutiques, all our refund for cancellation or return is just the money you have paid. And all or eligible parts of your payment will be directly returned back to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account balances.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for return. (refundable for eligible order cancellation)
You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow 2-5 business days for our return center to receive your return. As we have promised above, we will refund you within 24 hours once your qualified return is received.
Refund should consist of no shipping cost and 100% of product purchase price.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Products patterns may also vary. These situations are actually not defects and exist everywhere. Do not let these affect your love of your items.

2. Once approved, Our customer service gurus will provide you the RETURN ADDRESS via email.
3. Pack your returned item(s) in their original condition. Again we remind you of these three points mentioned above: No intentional damage, Goods remain in original state and Complete packaging.
4. Ship your returned items to the return address. (Tips: For your sake, please DO NOT use expedited courier like UPS & DHL. In general, we recommend the normal economic Post Office service(USPS or FedEx)
5. Provide us the Shipping Carrier & Tracking Number for faster return process.
Please allow 2-5 business days for our return center to receive your return. All return items would go through inspections. Once approved we will refund you within 24 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you have received an item that fits not very well, or with any defects, but you like it so much and would not like to return. You just want another perfect one. For this situation, we are very glad to make an exchange for you.
We also offer a 30-day exchange guarantee after delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping charges for the exchange.
Exchanged items can not be returned again.
Returned merchandise for exchange must also be No intentional damage, Goods remain in the original state and Complete packaging in each parcel, otherwise, it will not qualify for an exchange. - Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund consisting of full shipping cost and product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled over 24 hours of payment confirmation before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 85% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
